1. Data controller

2. Scope and purposes of processing
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- Handling enquiries from the contact form - to the extent provided in the form (full name, email address and optionally company, phone number and message content), in order to respond to the enquiry sent.
- Direct contact - if you contact us by email or telephone, we process the data necessary to conduct the correspondence and provide a reply.
- Keeping the site working - limited to the necessary cookie that remembers your consent choice (see section 7).
3. Legal bases for processing
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR - your consent (contact form, consent to load external content such as the Google map).
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - the controller's legitimate interest in conducting ongoing correspondence and in ensuring the security and correct operation of the site.
4. Data retention period
We process the data for the period necessary to handle the correspondence and reply to the enquiry, and then for the period arising from the controller's legitimate interest (for example, until any claims become time-barred) or until consent is withdrawn. The necessary cookie storing your choice is kept for up to 180 days, or until you delete it from your browser.
5. Data recipients
The data may be entrusted to entities that support us in running our business (for example, hosting and email providers), solely to the extent necessary and on the basis of appropriate agreements.
Once you consent to external content, the Google Maps map is loaded on the site. The recipient of the data (including your IP address and device information) is then Google Ireland Ltd. Google's data processing practices are described in Google's privacy policy. Without your consent the map is not loaded and no data is transferred to Google.
6. Your rights
In connection with the processing of personal data you have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it,
- rectify (correct) your data,
- erase your data,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing,
- withdraw consent at any time - without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

7. Cookies and external content
The site uses cookies to a minimal extent:

Necessary cookie (
ks_consent) - remembers your decision regarding consent (all content, or necessary only). It is a first-party cookie, stored for up to 180 days. It does not require consent because it is necessary for the consent mechanism to work correctly. - External content - Google Maps - loaded only after you have given consent. Google may then store its own cookies and receive your IP address (see section 5).
You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” option available in the site footer. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
8. Voluntary provision of data
Providing data is voluntary but necessary in order to receive a reply to an enquiry sent through the form or other contact channels.
9. Changes to this privacy policy
This policy may be updated from time to time, for example in connection with changes to the site or to the law. The current version is always available on this page.
